Mr. Pate is an Associate Lawyer at Gorham Vandebeek, Trial and Appeal Lawyers. He began working with Mr. Gorham as a summer student, while he was completing his studies at the University of New Brunswick, Faculty of Law. Prior to that, Mr. Pate graduated from Dalhousie University with a degree in History. He articled with the firm, in 2018, before rejoining the firm as an Associate. He regularly appears on criminal matters throughout New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada. His practice focuses on drinking and driving offences, assault, drug and firearm offences, theft, robbery, and other criminal offences.
